Terms and Conditions

Pure Nutrition requires that all bills are paid upon receipt. We have the right to terminate clients for late bill payment and there will be no refunds on prior services. If a client has an issue with making a payment please contact us directly to work out payment arrangements. There may be a deposit required for some services offered or if payments are unpaid.  Pure Nutrition is not and should not be used as a substitute for regular medical care. We are happy to collaborate with your medical doctor during treatment. Pure Nutrition does not treat, cure or claim to treat or cure any disease. All Client's are required to sign a disclaimer of understanding prior to their first session.
